Dr. Tierney is board certified in vascular surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a registered physician in vascular interpretation (RPVI) for the interpretation of vascular ultrasound.
Complex endovascular repair of thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms and dissections, advanced angioplasty and stenting procedures to improve circulation through a minimally invasive approach, and treatment of acute blood clots of the iliac and femoral veins and inferior vena cava.
